Zita specializes in corporate and commercial matters, with experience in regulatory compliance, private mergers and acquisitions, privatisation transactions and general corporate advisory work. She also advises on Listing Rules compliance matters, including connected transactions, continuing connected transactions and notifiable transactions.

Zita has experience acting for listed companies, property developers and financial institutions on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Her experience includes privatisation transactions, private M&A transactions, financing matters and regulatory compliance projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Zita trained at a leading Hong Kong law firm, where she gained experience in corporate and commercial, litigation and property-related matters.
