Michael Zhong is a Trainee Solicitor at H.M. Chan & Co in association with Shihui Partners.

Michael has experience in corporate transactions and compliance, including merger and acquisition, venture capital, private equity as well as data protection.

In addition, he also supports matters relating to corporate governance, commercial transactions as well as general China practice.
