Biography

Michael Hwang is a Trainee Solicitor at H.M. CHAN & CO in association with Shihui Partners.

Michael has experience in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions, particularly being involved in matters relating to listings, restructuring and other corporate transactions.

In addition, he also supports matters relating to post-listing compliance as well as general commercial transactions.
