Biography

Judy Chun is an Associate at H.M. Chan & Co in association with Shihui Partners.

Judy specializes in corporate and commercial matters, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, pre‑investment structuring and cross‑border transactions. She regularly advises on share and asset acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and investment‑related documentation, and also supports financing and regulatory matters.

Her practice includes advising listed companies, private clients and institutional counterparties on transactional structuring, corporate documentation, regulatory compliance and closing mechanics.

Prior to joining the firm, Judy gained experience at established Hong Kong law firms, where she worked on cross‑border M&A, joint ventures, financing transactions and Listing Rules compliance matters.

Judy is admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.
