Biography

Cecil Hoo is an Associate at H.M. CHAN & CO in association with Shihui Partners.

Cecil specializes in corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, general offers, equity and debt fundraising, pre‑IPO restructurings and Listing Rules compliance matters. He also advises on general corporate and regulatory matters.

Cecil has experience acting for listed companies, investors, financial institutions and state‑owned enterprises on a wide range of cross‑border transactions involving Hong Kong‑listed issuers and PRC‑related groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Cecil worked at established Hong Kong law firms, where he gained extensive experience in capital markets and corporate transactions.

Cecil is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales.
