As part of our firm’s inaugural AI Workflow Initiative, our interns shared how they use technology to improve efficiency, collaboration, knowledge sharing and day-to-day workflows.

What impressed us most wasn’t the technology itself. It was their curiosity, resourcefulness and willingness to challenge established ways of working.

As lawyers, experience, judgment and professional responsibility remain irreplaceable. But staying relevant also means understanding how the next generation approaches work, embracing new tools, and being open to different ways of solving problems. AI may not replace experience, but those who learn to use the right tools effectively will undoubtedly have an advantage.

This exercise was a timely reminder that internships are not simply about teaching young law students. It is also an opportunity to listen, learn and exchange perspectives. While our interns gained insight into legal practice, we gained fresh ideas on technology, workflow design and the future of our profession.
